I had an amazing experience at the restaurant, thanks to Alex. When I forgot my mask and called, he had just finished cleaning the lobby and kindly offered to bring my food out to me. I decided to come in and chat with him, and he reassured me that if I ever had any questions, I could just call. The customer service was exceptional. Bread was stale, with the consistency of dry cake. Every bite made the sandwich crumble. Pretty disappointing, given the bread is the selling point here. The two guys running the counter were friendly enough, though. So you got that going for you, I guess. View all feedback.
As always, it was a delightful experience! However, I must mention that the soda from the freestyle machine tastes quite unpleasant. I hope they consider replacing it with a different fountain machine.
Got hangry during a shopping excursion so stopped for lunch with my wife. Eaten at several of the locations in town for years and is my favorite choice for delicious soups and sandwiches, and sweets. Clean, quick service with great variety of sandwiches, drinks and sweets.
The picture sucked us in... We tried 1 meatball sub and 1 veggie meatball sub. Neither had the amount of meat shown and cheese was hard to find. The bread was fabulous and the sauce tasty. Overall about a 7 out of 10.
