I ordered a Turkey, bacon, ranch sub with added pickles and it was the best sandwich I have ever had from HeadWest. He was very friendly and skilled at his job. I hope he reads this review at some point!

When I finally got to the car, I... read more The staff preparing the sandwiches rushed me, making me repeat my order five times, even though I was the only customer there. When I finally got to the car, I discovered they had forgotten the mac and cheese, which, honestly, I wish I hadn’t ordered in the first place. I'll give this location another chance since it's close to my home, but I've definitely experienced better customer service at other places. I love Head West, but they could improve in a few areas. Also, charging $6 for a small salad that is basically just lettuce feels excessive. One dressing option isn’t sufficient, especially at that price.

We called at 7:45 to confirm that the restaurant was open until 9 PM. However, when we arrived at 8:20, we found it closed because the staff had chosen to shut down early. They refused to reopen to serve us. While we understand that short staffing and unexpected circumstances can happen, it is unacceptable not to adjust operating hours or hire additional staff to ensure proper service. This was incredibly frustrating.
