De... read more The workers at this restaurant are excellent. They had customers come in who stumbled upon them because the restroom in the stall they chose was not working. Despite the busy drive-thru, the workers handled the situation gracefully, even when a customer became emotional and vomited on them. I would give them even more stars for their excellent service.

I waited 15 minutes for... read more This might be the worst Hardee's location in Springfield. The staff doesn't take orders efficiently or prepare food in a timely manner. I waited 15 minutes for two chicken wraps, while the person in front of me waited 25 minutes. This place really needs to be shut down because it seems like no one wants to work or knows what they're doing. When I walked in, the employees were just standing around chatting, and the hostess was busy applying her lip gloss.
