The workers at this restaurant are excellent. They had customers come in who stumbled upon them because the restroom in the stall they chose was not working. Despite the busy drive-thru, the workers handled the situation gracefully, even when a customer became emotional and vomited on them. I would give them even more stars for their excellent service. This might be the worst Hardee's location in Springfield. The staff doesn't take orders efficiently or prepare food in a timely manner. I waited 15 minutes for two chicken wraps, while the person in front of me waited 25 minutes. The man at the window was really friendly. Even when the registers were malfunctioning and only accepting cash, he handled the situation with kindness and offered great assistance.
