If I could give a 0, I would. this place is disgusting! my son found something strange in his burger, and he drove with the puking. spent almost $30 and none of us ate much of our eating bc we had feared to get sick! Not to mention fries, twittering rings, tomats and the soda fountain was from almost all limos! all the tables were dirty. there were no customers in the restaurant except us, they only pretended they didn't care! never again!
The service was friendly, but there were a few issues with my order. I ended up with a total of $24.87 for just two $5 meals! The staff overcharged me for the food, but they corrected the mistake once I pointed it out. Unfortunately, not a single item was prepared the way I requested. I ordered boxes and two cheeseburgers for my dogs, but I was shocked to see that my burger was only a tiny piece no larger than a silver dollar for $2.49! I asked for it plain, and it was anything but that—the onion pile was even bigger than the meat!
The drive-through was busy so I went inside to use the restroom and get my food ordered the screaming was unique. Shorthanded workers brought their children to work fighting over toys running around she's not the atmosphere you expect. Prices for food had changed that day and customers were upset they were being charged more when the board had been correctly fixed so that I'm getting out there and fixing it let's place blame and just upset customers. I don't see a lot of Hardy's as I travel across the country so when I see one I'm always happy to go and visit because their food is great but This one was not a pleasant experience at all.
I waited at the drive-thru order spot for 5 minutes and then had to wait another 5 minutes just to pay. I completed my payment at 11 AM, but then I waited an additional 17 minutes to receive my food, which wasn't even hot. It was decent, but definitely not served hot. After reading the reviews here, I wish I hadn't gone! It seems that after months of complaints, nothing has improved.
Wow! Dirty place. Trash overflowing in eating area.Tables filthy.Food not served to match the sandwich description.Most drink options unavailable.No napkins available.Staff fighting with each other behind the counter(loudly).No light in the women's bathroom. I'm talking pitch black! Also, zero toilet paper.By far the worst Hardee's I have ever been in.Disgusting and gross place.
