Alexx, the general manager and pit master, is really awesome. He’s super friendly, and you can see that he takes great pride in his work! I highly recommend Hard Knix BBQ!

We were met by Alex, who was everything: waiter, smoke... read more We came here after leaving another BBQ spot who had run out of almost everything (Hours: Open until Out). We were met by Alex, who was everything: waiter, smoke-master, chief cook and bottle washer, etc. He was great, the meat was great (burnt ends and ribs), the sides were great (beans Mac and cheese). Highly recommended!!!

Well I wanted some fall of the bone barbecue TODAY. I 'm glad that place ran out though, because I would 've never stopped at this place and met Alex who was super personable and took care of our order. The place was immaculately clean with a hint of Mike Tyson memorabilia and decor. Barbecue crisscrosses cultures like grill marks on a marbled rib eye steak. People in all corners of the world have harnessed flames to cook food slow roasted pig in banana leaf lined pits, skewered meat caramelized over hot coals. I typically categorize BBQ as tried and true traditions or contemporary approaches. After taking a bite into my link sandwich with their spicy sauce, I realized this place was definitely tried and true! Bought something for the whole family for less than $40!
