Galloway Grill - Springfield

I have mixed feelings about this place. I came in based on a recommendation from Google and found it to have a cozy atmosphere with good food. The beer selection was decent, with a good variety of local options on tap. The service started off well with a friendly waitress and her trainee, but towards the end I noticed they were not attentive to the customers. After waiting for 20 minutes to pay, I had to approach them myself before they responded. They explained that the trainee was still learning, which is understandable, but part of the training should also include being attentive to customers' needs. Overall, the service could use some improvement. Despite this, it is still a nice place worth checking out.

It's just a really good place to go. I thought the staff was over the top in accommodating us. We had great service, great food, and of course, great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place as a must go.

Great food at a reasonable price, great burgers and sandwiches, my go to is the Red Bird chicken sandwich.

We had a lovely time on our date night at this restaurant. We like to try new places every week and this one did not disappoint. The food was excellent.
