He has severe mental disabilities and often talks non-stop about wanting to go to Friendly's. I constantly have to remind him that it has closed and there are no locations in our area anymore. It's hard to know when it will be safe to take him out for indoor dining again, but if COVID-19 cases were to drop back down to where they were a few months ago and this Friendly's reopened, I would definitely take him there to eat!

Are y?all lazy or just inconsiderate? Doesn?t matter if busy or slow they will never get you your food quicker than snails pace. I?ve seen different managers on duty but I can tell you none of them care. Terrible, just avoid the place all together.

However, the service was disappointing. Our assigned waitress mostly ignored us, but thankfully another waitress noticed when we needed assistance and promptly helped us out. I felt the tip we left truly deserved to go to her, not our original server. The menu offered a good variety, making the dining experience pleasant overall.

It’s been around forever—I remember going there with my grandmother when I was about 7 or 8 years old, and I’ve kept coming back ever since. It always brings back such wonderful childhood memories. The food is just as good as it was back then. Although the menu has grown over the years, they still offer some of the original favorites. I visited last week, and they’ve recently renovated the place, making it look fantastic. Friendly's is truly a mall landmark. My son and I enjoyed ice cream cones, relaxed by the beach, chatted, and had a wonderful time. I love Friendly’s!

Staffis pleasant, which is also a plus.

He is severely mentally disabled and will, at times, talk incessantly about Friendly's and wanting to go thereand I have to keep reminding him that Friendly's is gone and they're no longer anywhere in this area anymore. I don't even knowwhen it's going to be safe to take him somewhere for indoor dining but, if the COVID-19 cases dropped back down to the levelthat they were a few months ago and this Friendly's reopened, you know where I'd be taking him to eat!
