Seems like the time to wait for food has always been long at any Friendly's we've been to in the past 20 years, but this spot has gotten better, and I hope it stays that way. Staffis pleasant, which is also a plus.

The kids' meals are very reasonably priced and honestly could satisfy an adult. I got the BBQ Chicken SuperMelt and it was delicious. They've redecoratedthe place since the last time I was there so that was cool.

He is severely mentally disabled and will, at times, talk incessantly about Friendly's and wanting to go thereand I have to keep reminding him that Friendly's is gone and they're no longer anywhere in this area anymore. I don't even knowwhen it's going to be safe to take him somewhere for indoor dining but, if the COVID-19 cases dropped back down to the levelthat they were a few months ago and this Friendly's reopened, you know where I'd be taking him to eat!

Despite the short wait, my experience was made delightful thanks to my waitress, Alyssa. She was attentive, friendly, and precise, providing top-notch service. The menu offered plenty of great options, making the visit even better!
