I was ready to cancel my order no security by the door this place smh I spent a lot of money so my kids can have a good time some the machines didn’t work my kids will swap their cards to the play and nothing barely no one I could go to for help so basically I lost a lot of money

Wait time for our is more than 45 minutes the cashier didn't send our order to the kitchen.finally they gave us agly food I my kids are not going sick.

There were a lot of mixed reviews but I decided to give th... read more If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove 50 minutes because this was one of the closest ones near me. There were a lot of mixed reviews but I decided to give this location a shot. Soon as we pulled up, the parking lot was so crowded. As we walked in, the place reeked as if it were a farm. There had to be about 3 parties going on and it was so dirty and all over the place. A lot of the games did not work and a lot of them were BORING. We stayed not even past 25 minutes which was very upsetting for the drive we took. The soda machine area was a disgrace. After waiting 15 minutes in line, we were asked how long a personal pizza would take. We were told “we are not doing food orders”. We instantly turned around and left the place telling ourselves never again. I wish I would’ve got a refund for the $25 worth of the card I paid for, especially because we weren’t able to play any games with it being so packed and games being broken. Please choose a different location if you are going to chuckee cheese! and hopefully they hire better employees for this location.

This was actually the very first Studio C animatronic I've seen in person and Anthony, their tech, let me on thestage to get a picture with him!!
