I've been several times and it's amazing. It is slow if you go in the peak times like a Friday night but its still worth it. I don't get the negative reviews on here. It's a newer location so it's going to have growing pains. It happens. Just be patient, sit outside and enjoy it. View all feedback.

Food is overpriced but not worth the money. The beans taste like dirt. They have accomplished getting the food to look good but definitely need to improve on the actual flavor. Gave this place 5 tries. Messed up 3 of those times. Always a long wait to order (whether 2 people or 10 people ahead inline). Left this time with no food and a refund.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I highly recommend trying the Taco with Chicken Flaco Style, Street Tacos, Chips and Salsa, and Cilantro. Everything was delicious and I would give both the food and service a rating of 5 out of 5.
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was very affordable, in the range of $1-10. The food was amazing, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect, I would rate both a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Fries, they were delicious.
The host and waitress at this restaurant were very friendly, and provided quick and efficient service. However, the focus of this review is on the food and the value for money. I was thrilled when Flacos opened in Springfield, as I love Mexican food and having a nearby restaurant that specializes in it was great. We decided to try a variety of dishes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food - the meat lacked flavor and the overall taste was inconsistent. I also ordered the veggie tacos, which turned out to be just rice and bland beans for three dollars. Any additional toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, and vegetables, came at an extra cost. In my opinion, rice and beans do not constitute a veggie taco, and customers should not have to pay extra for a proper veggie taco. I was surprised to find out that chips and salsa were not included with the meal, as this is a standard offering in most Mexican restaurants. Although I understand the expenses of running a business, the prices charged here should cover the cost of providing chips and salsa. I hope that the overall quality and value of the meals improve at Flacos, as I would love to recommend it to others and become a regular customer. I will give Flacos another chance in the future to see if there have been any improvements, and will update my review accordingly. For now, I will continue to travel the extra distance to Jalapenos or El Real for better food and prices. I am hopeful that this will change in the future.
