Food and service were excellent! Fire and ice theme was quite honestly lost on me. If you are seated away from the bar (which most people are) it makes no sense. Typical conference center venue but the food was wonderful View all feedback.
What Alvena Schmitt doesn't like about Fire Ice:
I did not know it was inside the hotel. The food was mediocre. OpenTable said all entrees under $30. Steaks were $45+ Very limited menu in my opinion. Will not go again. View all feedback.
The first time when you tried dry aged steak it was great! also the brot was really delicious and I will be back very soon
We thought this was a very fancy restaurant but it’s inside of a hotel and has a more casual feel to it. Food was good, the shrimp cocktail was nothing to write home about. I had the lobster and it was very tender.
We all 3 had side salads and it took 45 min before we were served them and then our food came out right afterwards. The server did not check on us very much and I saw her standing by the bar chatting with coworkers several times for long periods. Was looking at her to try to get her attention so I could ask for an update on our sales but she never caught the hint to come over to our table. The food was was overpriced so I had high expectations for it to be amazing and it was very dry and bland. Very disappointed and unimpressed. Will not be back.
The food, service and overall experience was absolutely amazing! We will be going back for sure! Pricing was a bit high, however it was insanely good food.
