This Dunkin' Donuts location has the most disappointing customer service. I live nearby and decided to order delivery through DoorDash after working an overnight shift. Unfortunately, my order was wrong, and when I attempted to reorder, I encountered rudeness from the staff over the phone. I explained that I never received my original order, but I was charged again for the food. The management was also unhelpful and unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of courtesy and customer service skills. I used to visit this location daily for my daughter's favorite hash browns, but after this experience, I will not be going back. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar, with the hash browns being burnt and clumped together. Overall, this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
The service offered by the staff is quite disappointing, and there are also serious security concerns.
