I was advised to place a mobile order, but tha... read more In my opinion, if they can’t manage basic math, perhaps they shouldn’t be working in the service industry at all. I was advised to place a mobile order, but that wasn’t an option for me since I don’t have the app and didn’t want to download it just for one coffee. There were several employees working, and they could have easily made my coffee, calculated the taxes on my order, made change, and processed my payment in cash. If I owned that location, I would be very upset about the lost revenue. Apparently, the owner doesn’t care about their business, profits, or customers. It's worth noting that Dunkin' isn't the only coffee provider out there. Based on the reviews I've seen, I'm not alone in my frustrations. In the future, I’ll make sure to avoid this location, and I’ll also make it a point to warn others about what they might be getting into if they choose to go there. They might want to reconsider their options.

I... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would give it zero stars if I could. They were only accepting cash when I visited, which was inconvenient. I ordered an iced matcha latte, but even after asking them to remake it, it still came out a pale color instead of the green that is clearly advertised. The employees even tried to argue with me about the color of my drink! I order the same drink at different locations and have never had this issue before. I simply asked for a medium iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice – nothing complicated. It was really disappointing, especially for the price of $5.69!
