I stood at the counter for five minutes before anyone took my order, and there were four employees working, so it wasn't a matter of being understaffed. After placing my order, I waited some more. When two people behind me received their drinks, I inquired about my coffee and was told by a staff member that someone was preparing it and asked if I really wanted it hot, which felt a bit condescending. Seriously, Tim Hortons?

The coffee and the... read more Just stopped in for a quick coffee on the way between Dayton and Columbus. Needed to download some offline Google Maps. ? The wifi was great. The coffee and the maple donut I ordered tasted delicious. My sons had the Dragon Fruit refresher and they both liked it. The location is very close to I-70 which is convenient. Recommended!

The store manager, John, was rude to one of his employees when she asked a simple question, belittling her in the process. I decided to leave and contacted corporate about his behavior. They had him call to apologize, and he said he would apologize to his staff the following day. However, when I returned and asked the employee if he had apologized, she said he hadn’t. I will never return to a place that treats its employees like that. I hope he takes this opportunity to apologize publicly.

I was advised to place a mobile order, but that wasn’t an option for me since I don’t have the app and didn’t want to download it just for one coffee. There were several employees working, and they could have easily made my coffee, calculated the taxes on my order, made change, and processed my payment in cash. If I owned that location, I would be very upset about the lost revenue. Apparently, the owner doesn’t care about their business, profits, or customers. It's worth noting that Dunkin' isn't the only coffee provider out there. Based on the reviews I've seen, I'm not alone in my frustrations. In the future, I’ll make sure to avoid this location, and I’ll also make it a point to warn others about what they might be getting into if they choose to go there. They might want to reconsider their options.

I... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would give it zero stars if I could. They were only accepting cash when I visited, which was inconvenient. I ordered an iced matcha latte, but even after asking them to remake it, it still came out a pale color instead of the green that is clearly advertised. The employees even tried to argue with me about the color of my drink! I order the same drink at different locations and have never had this issue before. I simply asked for a medium iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice – nothing complicated. It was really disappointing, especially for the price of $5.69!
