Dunkin' - Springfield
Dunkin'
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Struggling Establishment**
Once a local favorite, this restaurant now grapples with severe customer service issues that tarnish its reputation. Diners report a lack of professionalism, with staff exhibiting poor communication and a general disinterest in customer satisfaction. Long wait times, incorrect orders, and unresponsive phone lines compound the disappointment. While some patrons experience a smooth visit with friendly service, these instances seem rare in comparison to the prevailing chaos. With management seemingly overlooking the chaos and a diminishing staff work ethic, it raises concerns about the establishment's future if significant changes are not made.

Dunkin' Donuts is not what it used to be I remember when I was a kid all the donuts were made fresh and delicious now they don't taste very good at all. Matter of fact they change some of their recipes over the years the Boston cream is just barely any cream in it inside of it at all. I remember back in the day when it was filled with like banana pudding and it was very good now it's not so good and tasty like it used to be.
Came here to fix the blinder of cold brew that I got on Riverdale. Made it better than perfect definitely a dunkin I'd gladly return to.
I typically order a Matcha Latte each morning before work, but during my last two visits, there were issues with my drink. The first time, they added an espresso shot, and the second time, they used a different type of milk instead of the almond milk I requested. I've tried calling multiple times on different occasions, but it seems their phone is always disconnected—it never rings and just shows as busy! Essentially, I've wasted my money twice on drinks I couldn't even enjoy. I'm very disappointed and hope that HR becomes aware of the phone situation.
