The service is consistently terrible, and the common excuse given is that they’re short-staffed. However, they’ve been short-staffed for about eight months now, which coincides with how long the poor service has lasted.

I waited 10 minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, and there were no other cars in front of me. They managed to get every single order wrong, either messing up my coffee or failing to include the right donuts in the box. It’s simply not worth your time!
