Customers are forced to leave the drive-thru fast lane and go inside to place their orders. One customer had already paid but waited 20 minutes, becoming upset and demanding his order. During this time, I overheard a lengthy conversation about working alone and calls to the manager before I finally received my coffee. The management at Dunkin' needs to properly train their staff or consider replacing them. I've been experiencing similar issues at other restaurants in this area lately, which makes it difficult to enjoy the menu.

When I asked who would be making my coffee, a middle-aged woman, who appeared to be the manager, became upset and told me not to speak to her while she was helping drive-thru customers. Eventually, another employee made my coffee and gave it to me, but the interaction left me feeling frustrated. I have typically received excellent service at this location, so this visit was quite letdown.

The service is consistently terrible, and the common excuse given is that they’re short-staffed. However, they’ve been short-staffed for about eight months now, which coincides with how long the poor service has lasted.

Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made my visit quite unpleasant. At first, I thought it might just be my perception, but then I witnessed her arguing with another customer in the drive-through. This customer mentioned that such incidents are common and they have ongoing issues with Liz. I found it very concerning. Today is my birthday, and I tried to redeem my birthday drink, but instead of a warm welcome, Liz yelled at me and created a scene, insisting that I couldn’t get it. It was truly a terrible experience.
