They have disabled parking right out front. The restaurant/bar is dimly lit, but everything looked clean, neat, and orderly. There are booths, tables, and weird little booth/table combos. I love Irish pubs, and this little hole in the wall did not disappoint us when we were looking for our visit to the botanical center of springfield.
Venerable Irish pub, we thought we were beer and appetizers. we have drinks there in the time for happy hour half-price and half-price start, how could you.
Beautiful pub with a perfect Guinness gourmet. large whisky and scotch sec. we can see where this would turn into a college scene. but we really do.
My husband and I were first time diners at Dublin’s Pass this past weekend and we will definitely be returning. It was warm and quiet on a really cold day. The food was fantastic and our server was happy to make recommendations and answer any questions. We enjoyed our meal/visit immensely.
We got right in at 5:15 on a Saturday, and it was still very quiet. The food was outstanding. We had the fish and chips, the Celtic chicken, and the giant pretzel appetizer. We also had the bread pudding for dessert. Their Irish **** Mary was one of the best I have had. The service was also outstanding. We plan to come back here next time we are in the area.
