We loved curate when it opened, however the service and value has gone down significantly over the last year. The first time in a group of 10, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to come out for the Birthday girl, after everyone else had their food. They told us they ran out of risotto...hmmm. Unfortunately it ruined the vibe of the night. The second time my spouse and I waited for 25 minutes to even be greeted by anyone at our table before we left. Lastly, it often takes 20-40 minutes in between dishes or even getting a drink refill, which also is a buzz kill. The food is fantastic, however due to the shrinking portions and slow inconsistent service we won't be back for a bit.

Then, a group of six people arrived and took a table in the patio as well, bringing the total number of customers to 11 across four tables. Despite this, not one of the three servers, two hostesses, or the bartender made an effort to take my order during my time there. I've never left a restaurant before, but there's always a first time for everything.

While the prices are higher than the local average, the lack of competition allows them to set those rates, and they are still reasonable compared to larger cities. The interior ambiance is pleasant, and there's outdoor seating as well. We chose to sit at the bar and received excellent service.

It was a light dinner for our group of four, but we definitely saved room for the frozen dessert flight at the end of our meal. We ended up ordering two flights to share, and they were absolutely delightful. The pistachio flavor was the best I’ve ever tasted, the lemon was refreshingly zesty, and the strawberry had actual berry pieces in it. The staff never rushed us, allowing for a wonderfully relaxed evening. We will definitely return, and we promise to take photos next time!

The atmosphere was very nice.Food came out fresh and we never had to wait too long. Drinks were delicious and there many options. I wore a dress, but I sawothers in jeans an nice shirts. I liked that different levels/styles could come and eat here. Get the Scallop risotto and aRiesling, they're incredible. The bathroom was very clean and cute. It is pricey considering the portions, but it's perfect forspecial occasions

My friend and I celebrated his birthday last night at Curate and this morning I woke up to text from him saying how wonderful the food, service, and atmosphere... read more My friend and I celebrated his birthday last night at Curate and this morning I woke up to text from him saying how wonderful the food, service, and atmosphere was. I couldn't agree more! We took our time ordering one small plate at a time (total of 7)and each and every one was a completely different flavor explosion! Our server Cheryl was top notch. Her understanding of themenu helped us navigate our evening and our glasses were always full. We sat outside on the patio for over three hours where wealso enjoyed live music, twinkle lights, and the outdoor lounge with coffee after dessert. I would also like to add that I hadgastric bypass surgery earlier this year and have struggled with finding restaurants that I can visit with friends that havequality ingredients and solid options that allow me to enjoy food. Curate's menu is FULL of items that are not only healthy forme to eat, but portioned perfectly! I cannot wait to share this with Memorial Wellness. Overall, this is by far, my newfavorite restaurant in Springfield! I will be back and putting effort into sharing my thoughts and experience with as manypeople as possible. Thank you Curate!!!

This p... read more Had an AMAZING experience here with everything. Jessica, the bartender, did an incredible job balancing a fully packed bar. The food was also incredible. This place would be perfect for a date night or a “treat yourself” kind of night. I love smallplates and the way they went about all the dishes was excellent. Highly recommend. Ask for Jessica and order an espressomartini.
