3 Strikes and done. We loved curate when it opened, however the service and value has gone down significantly over the last year. The first time in a group of 10, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food to come out for the Birthday girl, after everyone else had their food. They told us they ran out of risotto...hmmm. Unfortunately it ruined the vibe of the night. The second time my spouse and I waited for 25 minutes to even be greeted by anyone at our table before we left. Lastly, it often takes 20-40 minutes in between dishes or even getting a drink refill, which also is a buzz kill. The food is fantastic, however due to the shrinking portions and slow inconsistent service we won't be back for a bit.

During my 20-minute wait, three servers came in and out, attending to the two tables outside. Then, a group of six people arrived and took a table in the patio as well, bringing the total number of customers to 11 across four tables. Despite this, not one of the three servers, two hostesses, or the bartender made an effort to take my order during my time there. I've never left a restaurant before, but there's always a first time for everything.
