Was Michael Nelson at Culver's a mag?
Food was good, but they need to work on there accuracy. asked for 4pc shrimp dinner for a 6pc with fries. Also ordered a 2 pc fish dinner with fries and got a 3pc with coleslaw. Tasty but mixed up. View all feedback.
What Chuck Trader dislikes about Culver's:
The service was not satisfactory during my visit. I ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and the bacon was clearly listed on my ticket. When I went up to the counter to bring this to their attention, the cook seemed unhappy about resolving the issue. This marks the third time I've experienced a similar problem here. I stopped here during a road trip and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was served hot (even from the drive-thru), and they certainly didn’t hold back on the sundae toppings!
Excellent food and outstanding customer service! I dine there frequently, and it’s consistently impressive!
We arrived with around thirty people, and they handled the unexpected rush with remarkable efficiency. They also managed a mix-up in the system quite well. Throughout the entire experience, the staff maintained a positive attitude.
I had an incredible experience at the restaurant thanks to a cook named Louis Milonchus, who assisted me with my special order. He was truly exceptional—so kind and a real expert in the kitchen. Culver's is fortunate to have him! Thank you, Louis. As a senior citizen with dietary restrictions (I'm diabetic and can't have any bread), I simply requested a plain hamburger, and he made it perfectly. It tasted amazing!
