Occasional issues — snippy or inattentive staff, order errors, uneven seasoning, and some pricing concerns — are noted, but many still call it a beloved local spot.

The barista was inattentive to my order, mixing up both the size and the type of milk. I was charged for oat milk but received whole milk instead. When I inquired about the chocolate bean, the barista responded rudely. I won’t be returning to this establishment.
The coffee and food were surprisingly fantastic. The standout feature, though, was the exceptionally friendly and cheerful staff member. If I lived in Springfield, this spot would surely be one of my top favorites!
The food and coffee were exceptional! The ambiance was warm and inviting, complemented by attentive staff and prompt service.
Such a cute coffee shop! got the avocado toast w/egg $6) and my friend got the spinach croissant! they have amazing white chocolate chai too
Outstanding customer service and coffee! Along with an array of other treats and lunch items, I loved the southwest turkey panini! So friendly and welcoming. Many local goodies and beautiful flowers to look at while you wait for your treats!
