Ciro’s is supposed to close late. I called them and asked are they going to be open at 9:30pm. My party of six had flown in from Florida and the door was locked. There was about seven people sitting at the bar eating and drinking. All of the staff/patrons looked at the door and laughed. Very disappointed. The restaurant is a play house for the owner, very unprofessional. That would have been my second time there figu... View all feedback.
What Don C doesn't like about Ciro 's A Tradition:
Horrible service. Arrived at 6:54. Waited. The place was 1/4 full... we sat at bar. Waited. Approx 4 other tables with patrons. I ordered veal. My daughter ordered chicken. They were out of veal. We both ordered chicken... lol. Waited. Went to men's room. Urinal out of order. Went back to bar. Waited. Couple next to us informed cash only.... after they had eaten. Waited. Not offered anything while we waited. So... we... View all feedback.
Ravioli was amazing and fresh. super authentic scene and a very clean restaurant. bathrooms were clean and service was super fast! the restaurant has a very cozy, comfortable feeling. anthony puts his heart and his soul in the food and it shows. the price was very good. a must try in springfield
The food was absolutely delicious. Coming from New York, I can honestly say that Ciro's has great food! The appetizers were a bit salty, but still tasty. I ordered the linguini with mussels, and Anthony recommended the sampi and gote, which were absolutely amazing! Everyone enjoyed their meal. The grilled octopus salad was fresh off the grill, and Anthony was so friendly that he even made us a special salad to try, which was incredibly delicious. Overall, it's a fantastic place to dine. I only wish they had a location in New York!
That was great and so was the owner anthony. he went beyond and beyond to make it good for us. bring cash. not generous. that's worth it. delicious fish. he gave us a sort to try it just because. he made us very welcome and the food was on site. Many thanks.
From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Having visited Little Italy in New York City and Boston, we can confidently say that nothing compares to the authentic Italian flavors we found here in Springfield. The hospitality was exceptional, and the homemade marinara sauce was simply to die for. Anthony introduced us to two delicious dishes that were out of this world. Before you go anywhere else, just remember that if you head a block over to MGM, you'll be paying double. Thank you, Anthony, Martin, Elizabeth, Jeremy, and Gary!
They organized a small party for us that was fantastic. The Italian chef is truly talented, creating dishes with remarkable layers of flavor. The service team was exceptional as well. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
