My 3 year old and I just went to Springfield Chuck E. Cheese!! They had the animatronics still, which was great because that?s what I remembered seeing as a kid and a couple others have gone away from them. Chuck E. walked around a couple times the 3 hours we were here. Will is an awesome employee and helped my 3 year old feel more comfortable around the animatronics and was very sweet and kind!! Thank you Will for making her time more enjoyable!!
We got here on a Tuesday right about 7 , we couldn?t order any food because they had already closed the kitchen . We ordered 2 wrist bands for 30 a piece for an hour . Guess i will find a place where we can v west . Thought this was pizza place . The staff was nice enough one floor worker was very sweet but the hygiene of him smelled bad of cat, the cook I was told was playing basketball . Disappointing. Kids had fun with the games.
I meant to write this review a month ago, so please excuse my delay! We visited on November 12th, and I can honestly say we had one of the most wonderful experiences of our lives, largely due to the phenomenal staff! They went above and beyond to address every little concern we had, which truly enhanced our visit. If they say this is a place where children can truly be children, I can confirm that we adults felt the same way! It took me back to my grandmother's time, and I felt like the biggest kid there. It genuinely felt like a birthday celebration, and I can't thank them enough! A special shoutout to my twin and Miss Leo—she knows who she is! We had an amazing time there! Thank you!
The restaurant is poorly managed. When I booked a birthday celebration online, it promised a variety of perks, but upon arrival, none of them were provided. The organization for birthday parties was lacking, and the staff failed to communicate effectively. Overall, I found it to be a disappointing experience that wasn’t worth the expense.
Wow, I meant to write this review a month ago, but I’ve been busy—sorry about that! We visited Chuck E. Cheese on November 12th and had an absolute blast. The staff was fantastic, going out of their way to resolve a few minor reservation hiccups. When they say it’s a place where kids can truly be kids, they really mean it! Even though I might dress like Grandma used to, I felt like the biggest kid there. It almost felt like a birthday party, haha! Special thanks to my Gemini twin and Miss Leo—you know who you are! We had an unforgettable time. Thank you all so much!
