The answer to that is simple, I got red hot chili soup with 4 pieces of chicken. I?m genuinely not the person to write a negative review but I?ve genuinely been sweating for the past thirty minutes.

When I pick up, I realize that I have a free drink in my rewards, so I did try to redeem and they told me that I have to buy something, I show them my bag with a bowl that I order and pay online, and they say no. that i need to buy something there. So I just walkout. Make sure you know how those rewards work, Im eating my chipotle without a drink : hahahha

When I accidentally spilled my child'... read more At Chipotle Mexican Grill, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a very well-trained young man named Mr. Ali Al Humairi. When I accidentally spilled my child's juice, Ali quickly came to the rescue. He helped me up and kindly offered to clean the mess. I asked for his name and even offered him a tip, but he graciously declined. Such a noble and remarkable young man—he truly deserves a raise! The excellent service only adds to the great menu at Chipotle.

I ordered off doordash a couple days ago (a burrito and a bowl . it seemed they included all the toppings we ordered on our food which was wonderful (although t... read more I ordered off doordash a couple days ago (a burrito and a bowl . it seemed they included all the toppings we ordered on our food which was wonderful (although the ingredients seemed rather old?? . it had said a 19 minute wait for my food to be delivered, igot my order after over 40 minutes which is absolutely insane! and not to mention my food was cold upon arrival! it wasn?t evenwarm, i had to put it in the microwave for 2-3 mins. by reading the other reviews i can see other people had the same issue. itried to upload a review via doordash but they refused to upload it so here i am. i am beyond disappointed with the service fromthis chipotle and would not recommend trying to order online as it will 100% not be speedy service.

I had accidentally spilled my honest kids juice fountain drink due to slipping and Ali came rushing to the rescue! He helped me get up and offered to clean the juice off of me. I askedfor his name and offered to give him money but he declined. What a noble and remarkable young man. He deserves a raise !!
