I had a terrible experience with the customer service and order-taking at this restaurant. When I ordered the Sesame Chicken, they said it would take 10 minutes. However, when I went to pick it up and pay, I found out it was twice as expensive as listed on the menu. The staff here are obviously very dedicated! They work quickly and efficiently, and their performance is impressive! The food is consistently excellent!
This is a fantastic spot! I had a quick lunch with a generous portion that was both hot and delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend checking it out!
I placed an order through Uber Eats from the other side of town, and my food arrived remarkably fast and still warm! I tried the sesame chicken combination plate, and it was tasty. Just a warning: it has a bit of a spice to it. I love spicy food, so it was just right for me, but it was too hot for my 10-year-old niece, who isn't a fan of spicy flavors.
I've been a fan of China Star since I was a kid, and even at 36, it's still my favorite spot for delicious food. The garlic chicken is fantastic, and I highly recommend the chicken lo mein, broccoli chicken, orange chicken, General Tso's chicken, and the egg rolls—they're all excellent!
