Took my 2+ year old grandson. Great atmosphere and served with top notch service. She went above and beyond serving us. Had 3 other large large parties and handled all of us with exceptional service. Only getting 4 star due to ClassicNacho chips were not very crisp as in the past.

The food was subpar although it was family time, we shouldn't have been served the cold food. The white cheese ???? dip was hardly warm along with the pasta ordered. The foodobviously sat for quite awhile before being served! There were numerous flies bothering us the entire time! Several staffmembers, servers, host's and kitchen personnel stood around and talked while we needed drinks and good food! I LIKE THE CHILI'SFRANCHISE, but, this is a restaurant I'd stay away from! I asked if it would be possible to remain away from people/for them to fill other nearby tables first since only bar seating wasavailable. At first she seemed indifferent. Then things turned around (maybe she overheard me say we wouldn?t eat in after weall). She ended up offering us a space in an unoccupied area and began social distancing for us/waiting for us to re-mask. Shebecame friendly and Uber polite and helpful. The food was good, especially the southwest egg rolls. The bathrooms are in needof help. They really show the age of the place what with the rusty sink drains and mirror that needed to be replaced.

Every... read more I hadn’t visited a Chili’s for about 8 years. I used to go all the time back when I had a traveling job. But I went this past Sunday and I was impressed. Every single person in the place was friendly and attentive. They were very helpful. Summer was a great waitress in terms of being pleasant and continually checking up on us. It was like restaurants used to be back before the COVID shakeup. And the food was pretty good too!
