I was a little bummed there were no seats at the... read more Came to Chicago Sam's because it's a good mid-way spot for my friend and me. We've been coming here for years. I was a little bummed there were no seats at the bar, but I get it. March Madness. I waited for a few minutes to be seated and with COVID, the tables are spread out for safety. Totally cool, but I was seated at the furthest table away from the rest of the place which felt a little weird, but it's on me for not asking for a table a little closer to the rest of the people. Server was attentive and we received our apps quickly. Food was tasty as always and beer was fresh. Good times.

Large U-shaped bar with plenty of seats. A couple of pool tables. Bunches of flat screens. Good barkeep. They had Cranky beer, which is very good. Good selection of $5 happy hour apps. Easy access from I91 and ample parking.
