Casey's Pub - Springfield

I ordered lunch for my family and me, and when we opened the salads, we found that in two of the orders, the salads were poorly prepared. Additionally, one of the salads had subpar strawberries.

You charge extra for mayonnaise? That's disappointing! I believe a club sandwich should come with mayo by default. The last time I had one, it was as dry as can be.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The bartenders were the worst I've encountered, and the overall service was equally poor. Customer service seemed non-existent, and it was clear that the staff lacked proper training. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
