I had a wonderful experience when I placed my order. The person on the phone was incredibly friendly and even asked if I wanted the delivery driver to leave the pizza on a chair to maintain social distance. When I tipped with my card, he expressed his gratitude, saying, "That's so generous; your driver will really appreciate it!"
When the delivery driver arrived with our pizza, he followed my request and waited at... View all feedback.
What Lesley Jerde dislikes about Casey's:
I refuse to buy gas or drinks at a convenience store that keeps its restrooms closed because of the pandemic. I stopped at Casey's to grab an energy drink and use the restroom, only to find the door shut with a sign saying the toilets were closed. This is just another reason I prefer to go to Kum & Go. Great Management and customer Service! They feel like Family to me! Tesla is one of the BEST sales clerks I 've every encountered! She knows how to talk to people, very pleasant and outgoing! Jeff, on overnights, is awesome too! Not to mention, they have GREAT Pizza!
Not a bad little store. Always kind of busy but always friendly staff. I have gotten quiet a few expired red diamond sweet teas from here and I mean expired by a few weeks to months straight from the coolers so always check expiration dates on your items.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I entered with my service animal and made a purchase, but when I requested some water for my animal, I was told it would cost 52 cents. It felt like they were just trying to exploit customers. I decided to leave without paying and do not plan to return to this location. I recommend going to Kum and Go instead, where they genuinely care about their customers. Previously, an employee at Kum and Go even provided free water for my service animal after I'd already made a purchase, demonstrating exceptional customer service. They have definitely earned my loyalty.
I’m not a fan of stopping at gas stations or convenience stores that have closed their restrooms due to the pandemic. I stopped by to grab an energy drink and use the facilities, but I was disappointed to find the restrooms were locked when I arrived. This is why I prefer visiting Kim 'n Go instead.

No bad little load. always kind of busy, but always friendly staff. I got a couple of expired red diamant sweet tees from here and I started going through a few weeks to months directly from the coolers so always check out routine data on their articles.
I went in to buy a couple beers after I got off work. Store manager asked for my ID, which I had left in the car. I'm 37 years old, completely understand, made me a little happy. When I returned and showed her my ID, she reached to grab it out of my hand, and I held on to it . She then refused to sell me the beer because I wouldn't physically let her hold/scan my identification. My ID is in perfect condition, nothing worn everything visible. Why must it be scanned to buy a beer after a long day of work?
Excellent management and customer service! They truly feel like family to me! Tesla is one of the best salespeople I've ever encountered—she knows how to connect with people and is always pleasant and engaging! Jeff, especially in the evening, is also fantastic! And let’s not forget the delicious pizza!
When I arrived at Casey's at 2715 West Chestnut, I was told that I had the wrong address for my pizza. However, as shown in the attached picture, the address was correct; they simply hadn't made my pizza. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because they hadn't even started preparing it. When the pizza was finally ready, it wasn't cut properly. Moreover, the staff did not address the mistake, and the gentleman at the front counter commented that I hadn't waited the full time when I returned to pick up the pizza, which should have been ready 10 minutes earlier. Typically, I'm satisfied with the service I receive, but this experience was disappointing. I plan to call in the morning to speak with a manager about the way customers are treated and how the night shift handles their errors. Overall, I really like this Casey's; it's just that this particular staff needs training on how to rectify any mistakes they may make.

When I tipped with my card, he expressed his gratitude, saying, "That's so generous; your driver will really appreciate it!" When the delivery driver arrived with our pizza, he followed my request and waited at the end of the walkway to thank me for choosing their service, saying, "Bless you and thank you for the tip! Have a great day!" I was truly impressed by their kindness and thoughtfulness. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
