No bad little load. always kind of busy, but always friendly staff. I got a couple of expired red diamant sweet tees from here and I started going through a few weeks to months directly from the coolers so always check out routine data on their articles.
I went in to buy a couple beers after I got off work. Store manager asked for my ID, which I had left in the car. I'm 37 years old, completely understand, made me a little happy. When I returned and showed her my ID, she reached to grab it out of my hand, and I held on to it . She then refused to sell me the beer because I wouldn't physically let her hold/scan my identification. My ID is in perfect condition, nothing worn everything visible. Why must it be scanned to buy a beer after a long day of work?
If you're looking to order a pizza on a Friday or Saturday night, I highly recommend Casey's. They serve some of the best pizza around. My wife and I are originally from Iowa, and we've known Casey's all our lives. It's wonderful to have a taste of home here in Springfield—like holding onto a piece of our past. Casey's is definitely more than just a gas station, and we absolutely love their kitchen.
I refuse to buy gas or drinks at a convenience store that keeps its restrooms closed because of the pandemic. I stopped at Casey's to grab an energy drink and use the restroom, only to find the door shut with a sign saying the toilets were closed. This is just another reason I prefer to go to Kum & Go.
Not because of the pizza—it was very disappointing. I made a purchase and received my order, but when I got to my car, I realized my service animal needed a little more water. I asked for a cup, and was shocked when they said it would cost 52 cents. Seriously, charging customers like this is ridiculous. This isn’t what I expect from Casey’s, but apparently it’s how this location operates. I refused to pay and just left. I’m a paying customer, and I could have easily used the restroom to fill the cup for free! I recommend going to Kum & Go if you can; they truly take care of their customers. I remember once an employee there gladly gave me a cup of ice water for my service animal without hesitation after I had bought a bottle of water. That’s the kind of customer service and company that deserves my business!
A comprehensive review of a local convenience store highlights a mix of positive and negative experiences. While some customers appreciate the friendly service and delicious pizza, others were disappointed by the closure of restrooms during the pandemic and experienced issues with product expiration dates. Those who received exceptional customer service praised specific staff members for their personable interactions and helpfulness. Despite some criticisms, loyal patrons continue to frequent the store for its welcoming atmosphere and quality products. Overall, the store is recognized for its hospitable environment and tasty pizza options, making it a popular choice for locals and visitors alike.

Great Management and customer Service! They feel like Family to me! Tesla is one of the BEST sales clerks I 've every encountered! She knows how to talk to people, very pleasant and outgoing! Jeff, on overnights, is awesome too! Not to mention, they have GREAT Pizza!
Not a bad little store. Always kind of busy but always friendly staff. I have gotten quiet a few expired red diamond sweet teas from here and I mean expired by a few weeks to months straight from the coolers so always check expiration dates on your items.
The location is great, though the staff could be a bit more polite. The gas pumps consistently function well.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I entered with my service animal and made a purchase, but when I requested some water for my animal, I was told it would cost 52 cents. It felt like they were just trying to exploit customers. I decided to leave without paying and do not plan to return to this location. I recommend going to Kum and Go instead, where they genuinely care about their customers. Previously, an employee at Kum and Go even provided free water for my service animal after I'd already made a purchase, demonstrating exceptional customer service. They have definitely earned my loyalty.
I’m not a fan of stopping at gas stations or convenience stores that have closed their restrooms due to the pandemic. I stopped by to grab an energy drink and use the facilities, but I was disappointed to find the restrooms were locked when I arrived. This is why I prefer visiting Kim 'n Go instead.
