He closed the restaurant 35 minutes early and re... read more Jose (I think his last name is Rivera) is extremely lazy and rude, displaying terrible customer service skills. He closed the restaurant 35 minutes early and refused to prepare the food I had already paid for through a mobile order. He also wouldn’t provide me with the corporate phone number, making it impossible for me to file a complaint. I decided to let it go and not complain. However, when I returned tonight, he came to the window to hand me my food with a disdainful look, saying, "Wow buddy, look who’s still working here? I guess they didn’t care about your little complaint." This guy is truly unprofessional and should not be in a customer service role.

Went to BurgerKing on Veterans on Friday 4-1-22 around 6pm. Was in drive thru for 45min. There was maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I finally made my way to the window... read more Went to BurgerKing on Veterans on Friday 4-1-22 around 6pm. Was in drive thru for 45min. There was maybe 5 cars ahead of me. I finally made my way to the window. The young lady with long dark hair hands me my frozen coke as this is what I ordered. I took a drink and it tasted like pure syrup. I then politely told her and she just stared at me. She then closed the window and proceeded to talk bad about me to another employee, I guess she thought the window was closed. So you would think after waiting 45 minutes for food that it would be fresh and hot. Nope, fries were so cols they were chewy. My Whopper was disgusting, slimey tomatoes, brown lettuce and the burger itself tasted dirty. And to top it off the young lady at the window made no offer to even give me another sift drink, basically pushed my food to and shut the window. I then looked at her and said thank you. Very rude person and the food was horrible . My son who is 18 and basically eats anything said the same of his Whopper that it tasted old.
