Good Tuesday deal on traditional wings, bogo! atmosphere was fun, family friendly. service is always great

We went in a Friday might at 6 pm.. it was very busy and the noise level was through the roof. Our waitress was very busy and had a hard time making it back over to us to check and refill drinks. The food was great, no complaints there

When we arrived in the restaurant, they told us that they did not open table (but so we made a reservation). it caused a great excitement with the hostess just mention open table. not our fault, but she thought it was. we waited for 45 minutes for placement. it was a busy Saturday night, so we didn't feel anywhere else to go, save us at any time and the group was hungry. Eating and service was average, but everyone expected. management should clean up the problem and remove it from open table if they do not use it. would take some stress from host and guests.

Had made a reservation in advance well and the hostess told us they did not accept reservations. she went on to explain that she had never seen the online portal on open table and that we had to wait at least 30 minutes, as there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant during one of the biggest football matches of the year (afc championship). if they are in the opposite, they save themselves the effort and go on the road to wings, etc.

When things are busy, it seems they prefer to avoid the hassle and head out to places like Wingstop instead.
