Visited this location a week ago. Waited to be seated (No problem) Was seated and it took awhile, but waitress did a good job. (No problem) The wait for our food was another thing (Problem) Place was not busy but took over 40 minutes to get food and scrambled eggs were runny. Excuse for time frame was lack of cooks. After paying the check, we probably won't be back. Couple behind us said the other Bob Evans location was rude to them, so the came to this one. Hope they had better luck than us.
Before the pandemic, this restaurant used to be a fantastic place to dine. However, during our visit today, we experienced some disappointing issues. The waitress was tardy in taking our order, the food arrived lukewarm, and the women's bathroom was dirty and emitted a bad smell.

Our group of seven was initially unsure about visiting this restaurant because of its poor reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Michelle, our server, was exceptional! She anticipated our needs and checked in on us often. We will definitely be back! The food was delicious as well.
