The presentation at the Waldorf location was disappointing... read more Ordered the Southwest Avocado omelet. I have ordered it at two other locations and is my usual go-to. The presentation at the Waldorf location was disappointing. Food was warm, not hot. Rather than freshly sliced avocado, the omelet was topped with a mashed version that had oxidized and was not appealing. Service was good, staff friendly; but the restaurant was a little too cold.

Would have been better with SLICED avocado.

Then they gave me bread options and it turns out that they didn't have the one I chose either.
