The service is amazing considering they are a little understaffed but not once have I had a bad encounter with the employees there. Everyone working there is so polite and friendly, even on the busiest day I went the service was quick! (considering how busy it was) Everything is so fresh and delicious, and even the coffee is amazing! They have fun specials, and tons of drink options for non-coffee drinkers. Prices are very good, and the place is very clean and fresh. I can’t get enough of this place and there is something there for everyone. They not only have bagels, but they have omelettes, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and pastries that are to die for. I’ve recommended it to every one of my friends and will continue to do so!

I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on a three-cheese bagel, followed by a ham, egg, and cheese the next morning. The service was wonderful, and the food was expertly prepared and packed with flavor. The bagel was soft and made for an ideal egg sandwich. I also tried the muffins, picking up four to take home, and they were delightful as well. Keep up the great work, everyone!

That is probably why they advertise $1.89 for a single bagel but charge $5 for it toasted with cream cheese.So you mean to tell me that from 20 (TWENTY bagels that’s $100 (one hundred!!! !!!! ….by itself.What is the comparison to going RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER and buying at the supermarket. “Supporting local business”?!! I know I’m not the first to say mention the tremendous overpricing.Good luck to your business. I do not wish any negativity or such to you or your customers. I hope that it becomes MORE successful by the day. However, those prices, DAM!!!

So many great sandwiches with creative sty... read more Best bagel sandwiches all around. Variety of options and food taste fresh. Sandwiches are a good size and fills well. So many great sandwiches with creative style and I love that they this breakfast spot also got non pork options like turkey bacon to throw on my egg and cheese. My go 2 sandwiches that I love are the Benson special steak egg and cheese which, comes topped with a hash brown right in the sandwich and the Novalox sandwich which is your choice of bagel with salmon, cream cheese and other toppings that I suggest you go out and try. Glad they extended into CT but only bad thing is there are only 2 locations and both are too far away from me to really enjoy more frequently but anytime I'm in Springfield or close to Enfield I make sure to grab me a bite. Its a True staple buisness with good service. A must try if you haven't.
