In a recent visit to a well-known restaurant chain on West Republic Rd. in Springfield, Missouri, patrons expressed disappointment with inconsistent food quality and service. Complaints ranged from missing items in orders to cold, unappetizing meals. Customer experiences highlighted a lack of attentiveness from the staff, with reports of misunderstanding orders and unhygienic practices regarding drink cups. Despite some positive feedback on the chicken nuggets and brisket, overall satisfaction fell short. Management's acknowledgment of issues, particularly from the general manager, offered a glimmer of hope for improvement. However, diners long for a reliable and pleasant dining experience.
We got 2 combos the #3 and #8. We always get curly fries with our combos but for whatever reason this time they gave us 1 crinkle cut and 1 curly. Neither me or my boyfriend like crinkle cut so we had to decide who was going to be short their combo. We decided to share the curly fries and when we ate them they tasted very strongly of onion rings meaning they probably cooked them in the same oilas the onion rings. The chicken strips tasted old. Overall the food was disgusting and not worth $20. What a waste.
The blonde manager lady was really nice, sweet and was really helpful with my order and making sure it was freshly made definitely will be back! ?
Incompetent staff! Live 20 minutes away and get home to find no fries in the bag I paid for. Called the store and they thought I would drive all the way back to get the items Not my first problem with this store 1833 W Republic Rd
Initially we had problems with our order, but they promptly fixed it. Food was great, customer service was excellent.
Came through drive though about 10:05PM. Service was prompt. Paid and was given a flat drink with 2 ice cubes in it and told to wait on fries. Fries took 7 additional minutes and my $11 sandwich was cold to the middle, and the sauce I'd asked for was notin the bag. Saw employees horseplaying at the window while waiting for my drink. I feel these errors were simply out oflaziness of staff. Failure of leadership. Never had an issue until this. Retrain needed. Ticket DT368
