Neither me or... read more We got 2 combos the #3 and #8. We always get curly fries with our combos but for whatever reason this time they gave us 1 crinkle cut and 1 curly. Neither me or my boyfriend like crinkle cut so we had to decide who was going to be short their combo. We decided to share the curly fries and when we ate them they tasted very strongly of onion rings meaning they probably cooked them in the same oilas the onion rings. The chicken strips tasted old. Overall the food was disgusting and not worth $20. What a waste.

Fries took 7 addi... read more Came through drive though about 10:05PM. Service was prompt. Paid and was given a flat drink with 2 ice cubes in it and told to wait on fries. Fries took 7 additional minutes and my $11 sandwich was cold to the middle, and the sauce I'd asked for was notin the bag. Saw employees horseplaying at the window while waiting for my drink. I feel these errors were simply out oflaziness of staff. Failure of leadership. Never had an issue until this. Retrain needed. Ticket DT368
