Although it is an older restaurant, it operates efficiently like a well-oiled machine. The food arrived quickly and the service was excellent. The establishment was also clean.
This is not the best Arby's I have visited.
EDITED: 4.7.24 THEY NOT GIVING PRICE FOR COUPON IT NOT PROGRAMED LOOK AT RECITE BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDO.Dont come here..they dont know their job and FORGET WHAT IS FROM THE TAKE ORDER AREA TO BAG CANT READ THE ORDER BOARD . THEY NEED TRAIN TO READ..
I absolutely adore Arby's. They recently discontinued their potato cakes, which I really miss, but their curly fries are delicious.
Just moved back to Springfield. I ate at this Arby 's with my grandmother back in the late '70s. The building has aged well. The dining room was spotless, and service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and hot (especially my bun, which I could have eaten 3 of). Nice to see this place not only survived, but is still clean and efficient.
