The biggest waste of $125 I’ve spent on door dash. Not only were several thing missing but I had to make my own rice just to consume my meal. The hibachi left much to be desired. The food was saturated in a bland flavorless sauce and steak over cooked. I ordered multiple meals and sushi rolls. Was given one set of chopsticks and 2 soy sauce. There is no tofu option available and only a limited selection of vegetarian choices at this restaurant. The tempura vegetables were average in taste and not very filling, with a bland batter. The vegetable noodles had decent flavor, but overall, the menu is not very vegan-friendly and you may end up still feeling hungry after your meal.
This restaurant is perfect for a light lunch in the predominantly non-vegan Springfield area. They frequently offer specials, with the sushi often being 50% off during the week, making it very affordable. My top choices are the cucumber roll and the edamame.
No tofu option just a few vegetarian options. The Tempoura vegetables were okay, but not very filling and the dough was not very tasteful. There were some vegetable noodles that tasted quite well, but overall, not great for vegans and you will likely be hungry
