2 orders of Chicken 10 Naked Flaps was not cooked well at all the Pretzel Bites were hard and cold the Dinner Salad was the best item received out of order

This FRICKER 'S on Upper Valley Pk. was OUTSTANDING!! I had a special request we had to call the restaurant direct RE: order since the App. does not allow options sadly. Maddee the cook staff went ABOVE BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE my (special health needs). THANKS BUNCHES BUNCHES EVERYONE MY NAKED FRICKIN CHICKEN CHUNKS WERE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PERFECT!!! MADDEE YOU ARE FABULOUS THANK YOU AGAIN!!! MOST DEFINITELY WILL ORDER AGAIN!!!
Per usual my carry out order was wrong and gross. Don’t waste your time bringing the food back because they refuse to give you a refund. What an awful experience.
A few of us at work decided to order take out it's been quite a while so I went with my favorite and it was disgusting. Got the quesadilla and the chicken chunks were not sauced got a little cup on the side, the cheese was hard and rubbery because it had been on the grill too long burnt crispy the top side was light brown and cut with the dullest knife in the kitchen. I'll never waste my money on this place again my 13 year old make better quesadillas at home. Save your money get one at Taco Bell
