I've never been in a badly managed bob evans in my life. the management is rude and unimaginable. the pick-up orders are always wrong. the salat had no tomato because they were out of them without healed or. the management on the 28th february at 17.30 clock had no common courtesy as this posting process..You can not see what they post. I have my wife here for dinner and I sat on a table for 45 minutes. when we could get a table, carry was told out, was important and they had problems with the kitchen staff. manager was rude for us and a very evil attitude. will never visit this place again.
Low service, eating and atmosphere. Previously a great place with great food. look for a beautiful restaurant, that is not it.
Extremely busy, a little short staffed like everyone. Staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food was good, we had breakfast.
Nobody waited on me for 15min. Finally after getting my food. I asked for jelly for my toast. I never got it. Now I'm waiting on my check. I wonder how long this will take. I don't see her anywhere. Poor customer service
Waited forever for someone to seat us, despite restraunt being nearly empty. Waitress was new and did an outstanding job. Food was good.
