The staff is always friendly and takes the time to ask about my day. The service is quite quick, too. Even when there's a line, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I really enjoy the chocolate-covered espresso beans they provide with every drink. Plus, their rewards app is excellent! ☕️❤️

It would be beneficial if they wrote... read more The service at this restaurant is quite disappointing; they often forget your orders and frequently bring the wrong dishes. It would be beneficial if they wrote down the orders, as it's hard to remember everything accurately for a group of four. Today seemed particularly challenging for the new staff. I ended up with just hot water instead of the Americano I ordered. I might consider stopping by again in a pinch, but there are definitely better coffee options in the area. Update: I emailed the restaurant to give them another chance, but after two weeks, I still haven't received a response.
