I've been there twice, and usually a long wait. employee... read more The food is good, but customer service is lacking. Not sure if it's clean, because I was in drive thru. I've been there twice, and usually a long wait. employees act like, I was taking up there time, but there food is good. That's about it. 1 other thing, in drive thru when your leaving it puts you right in to 4 lanes of traffic. That's about it.

I had ordered online, and was told I need to wait (and interrupted me before I could say a single word) twice by the person who provided customer service. I sat there watching the order they just prepared and put into a to-go pick up bag sit there for I would say the longest ten minutes of my life, and was about a half second from hopping over the counter and grabbing my order when the cook (who was cooking like 3 things at once) noticed me and got my bag. I won't be petty and one star the restaurant because of one employee, but I will say watching my food turn from fresh into leftover quality in front of my eyes, while being told to wait, was torture.

Tons of noodles under my orange chicken, with q very small amount of chicken (see photos). I've visited alot of pandas expresses but this one was one of thr worst. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. But I won't be returning, nor recommending this location.

I also ordered two orders $1.50 each) of crab ragoon that didn't have much filling in them. The entrees were quite filling.

Food is great when it is available. However, don't expect it to be ready on time if you order online. Nor cooked when you are ordering. I Avoid the drive throug... read more Food is great when it is available. However, don't expect it to be ready on time if you order online. Nor cooked when you are ordering. I Avoid the drive through when possible to make certain food is cooked. 25-30 minute wait tonight for chicken and nochow mein or fried rice available. Other Panda Express in Eugene just as unreliable.
