I also ordered two orders $1.50 each) of crab ragoon that didn't have much filling in them. The entrees were quite filling.

Food is great when it is available. However, don't expect it to be ready on time if you order online. Nor cooked when you are ordering. I Avoid the drive throug... read more Food is great when it is available. However, don't expect it to be ready on time if you order online. Nor cooked when you are ordering. I Avoid the drive through when possible to make certain food is cooked. 25-30 minute wait tonight for chicken and nochow mein or fried rice available. Other Panda Express in Eugene just as unreliable.

After 20 m... read more The staff at the drive-thru were unfriendly and unpleasant! Additionally, we had to wait in our car for quite a while because our order wasn't ready. After 20 minutes, we still hadn't received it, so we went inside and waited another 10 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was served to us in a rude manner after a total of 30 minutes.

When I contacted the manager to resolve the issue, she told me to file a complaint through the app I used to order, saying it was out of their control. She also claimed there was no way to confirm if the dish contained chicken or not. I explained I had photos as proof and was frustrated that I had to report the mistake via the app despite being served the wrong food. This is completely unacceptable! I'm even considering legal action because I was served meat when I explicitly do not eat it!
