We ordered appetizers (literally cheese curds and French fries) at 7:15 and didn’t get them until 8. Had to stop our waitress to ask for refills, waited at least 10 minutes and had to remind her that we were waiting on them. Not to mention, they had to change our order 3 times because they were out of almost everything. First, they were out of large pizza crust, then out of the toppings for a specialty pizza we wanted, then had to change that order to 2 smalls bc they ran out of medium pizza crust. I can understand if they’re busy but when we sat down there were maybe 10 people in the whole place. Was excited to try it but won’t be back and don’t recommend.

The server eve... read more Horrible service, place was almost completely empty. Took 40-50 minutes to get a small deluxe pizza. Could hear teenagers in the kitchen talking. The server even admitted it was their fault because one of them was talking in the restraunt to family and forgot to cook pizza! There's no management structure, I'm sorry to say but they deserve to be closed!Just moved to Lebanon last year and was trying new places. Very disappointing!!! 8/30 /22.

I arrived at 11:35 am on an NFL Sunday, only to discover that they didn't open until noon, despite both their website and the front door stating an 11 am opening time. Moreover, some items on the menu inside were inaccurately listed. When I received the bill, I noticed an unannounced price increase that the waitstaff hadn't communicated. While the food was decent, it's difficult to recommend the restaurant when they don't make an effort to keep the public informed about changes.
