As someone whose family owns restaurants and restaurant equipment companies, watching her work while waiting for my to-go order was truly refreshing. She clearly understands what it means to expedite orders and has truly mastered it. Nothing leaves the kitchen without her thorough inspection. If she’s not training other managers, she’s definitely in the wrong role. People, take note—this is exactly what a manager should be. If the owner of this location sees this, don’t overlook what a valuable asset you have.
