I generally don’t ask for replacements or refunds, but the staff conveniently disappeared when we needed assistance. Now I see why the people in front of us left feeling frustrated — we should have taken it as a warning. This place has really lost its touch; it's becoming a joke. Our last visit was on October 30, 2022, at 7:15 PM, and I can say for sure that it will be my last.

However, during my visit today, I was disappointed by what they consider “extra fries” in place of coleslaw, and I was charged for a third sauce that I never received. I truly don't understand why they now charge for a sauce packet as well. They need to improve their customer service.
