IHOP offers a mixed dining experience with notable fluctuations in service quality. While many patrons enjoy attentive staff and well-prepared meals, others have encountered issues such as unclean facilities and inattentive service. Complaints about moldy odors and dirty coffee carafes persist, indicating a need for maintenance and sanitation. Conversely, several guests praise the friendly atmosphere and commendable service, particularly from employees who go the extra mile. Overall, while some visitors leave satisfied, others advise caution amid complaints of hygiene and inconsistent service. As IHOP aims to serve breakfast favorites, attention to these concerns will ultimately shape its reputation.

Breakfast was very good with excellent service. The waitress refilled my coffee 3 times without me having to ask over and over again like most places these days. View all feedback.

We waited about 40 minutes to get the food. It was very mediocre food it looks nothing like the pictures. We ordered some crapes to bring home for the rest of the family that was sleeping in. That order was another half hour wait after we ate. The crapes look like absolute garbage. It was a very boring experience and over priced mediocre food. I never want to go to IHOP again. Terrible experience, went on a week day and waited almost 15 min to be seated then waited another 15 to order, and we got our food almost an hour since arriving. Drinks came in plastic paper cups and we ordered an egg white omelette and 2 toppings and it cost us almost 17 dollars, waitress had awful attitude and didn’t let us know about the up charge per topping. Awful experience for something so simple . Service: 1
