Was ashlay fernández at Wendy's a mag?
I absolutely love this Wendy's! It's the only one I'll ever visit. The prices are very reasonable, and Jose (or Josue), who has dark curly hair, took our order in the drive-thru. He was incredibly friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I had trouble hearing the restaurant number to leave a survey review. The food was excellent, and they always provide plenty of napkins. The staff here is consistently friendly! View all feedback.
What douglas nash dislikes about Wendy's:
Gill the manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. He tried to sell me cold coffee when I ordered it hot. He needs to be retrained in customer relations. His lack of people sills must cost the company a lot of money. Fire this joke of a person. Store 05109337 View all feedback.
You didn't put the bacon on my classic bacon, lady that took my order barely intelligible
The service here is always terrible lately when going through the drive thru in the evening. The person taking your order sounds irritated and is constantly rushing you to be finished. They try to hand you half your order and “shoo” you away without acknowledgment. The staff isn’t friendly or courteous at all. Don’t bother asking for more than one kind of sauce and definitely take the time to check the accuracy before driving away. Even for fast food this staff needs work.
Drive up associates were friendly, helpful and quick.
