As a result, they are losing a lot of customers to Firehouse.

Today I ordered the veggie lover wrap an... read more Every time I get food from this location it gets worse. Always missing part of our order or food is not made correctly. Today I ordered the veggie lover wrap and added bacon as a to go order. You should be ashamed at what you served and charged me for as well as missing cookies. I will drive to another location from now on as I have given this location several chances and am always disappointed.

They al... read more I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. As soon as we walked in, the two girls behind the counter rolled their eyes, which set a negative tone. They also seemed annoyed that we were trying to use coupons to save some money. To top it all off, the cashier tried to make a joke by labeling our sandwiches as “his” and “hers” in an effort to earn her tip, which felt inappropriate. Overall, this was the worst Subway experience I've ever had; their attitude was uncalled for. I just wanted a sandwich, not an attitude.
