Exceptional service! We stopped by for a light lunch and were truly impressed. The octopus was perfectly cooked, which is quite rare to find. Our drinks were exquisite, strong, and flavorful. I highly recommend this spot for a romantic evening or a date.
Went here last night to celebrate a birthday and everything was amazing! Everything we tried was delicious with beautiful presentation. This is a tapas restaurant so the plates are small but worth it. The seafood paella and the Magret de Pato (duck breast) were my favorites. Service was great, wines are unique and atmosphere is perfect.Vegetarian options: Per the menu, they can make certain plates V upon request.Dietary restrictions: GF, V, DFWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the door
What a gem in Old Town Spring! I felt like I was transformed into an old airplane hangar, but more chic. Excellent tapas the Potato Bravas are the best I've eaten. I enjoyed their Alberino. Service was 2 thumbs up.
The place is loud. Almost could not hear ourselves or the server. Really my only complaint. Service was good.Food was good , if a bit pricey. Already have plans to go back.
As out-of-towners, my wife and I, both pilots, were eager to experience Plane Level and we thoroughly enjoyed the aviation-themed atmosphere and the outstanding cuisine. That said, our dining experience did have a few bumps along the way. Our server approached us to discuss the wine options and asked us to choose two bottles, which felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine recommendation. Throughout the meal, she came across as somewhat pushy and didn’t seem interested in understanding our preferences. When it came time to request our check, a Wi-Fi outage delayed its arrival by 30 minutes. While the server did offer us a complimentary pour of rosé, it wasn't to our taste, and having an alternative option would have been appreciated. Despite these minor issues, the unique ambiance and delicious food left us with a positive impression.

The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was truly one-of-a-kind. We will definitely return!
Plane and Level is a hidden gem! Having lived in Spain for some time, this establishment hits very close to home. My favorite and simple dish: patatas bravas ... authentically Spanish! The wine list isn't complicated or overwhelming. Very simple and straightforward forward wish flavors for all pallets. It's a must! It is definitely high-end but worth every penny.
Outstanding food with terrific presentation. A very unique wine selection, with several excellent choices. The service and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. One of our new favorites, for sure.
The food is different and very good. However, the portions are very small and quite expensive. By the time you order a few items to share and some wine you're fast approaching $75 pp for lunch. Just be aware. Otherwise, it's very enjoyable.
We’ve driven by in the past thought it looked like a neat place then it’s been recommended so we decided to give it a try. Hubby wasn’t thrilled about it being tapas style but we both loved it! We lucked out on champagne oysters Tuesday thoroughly enjoyed the fried oysters! (Only way I’ll eat them honestly, lol . The wine list is eclectic, filled with wines you’ve probably never had or even seen before but are quite delightful. It is a TINY place only 4 tables about 8 bar seats so I’d highly recommend reservations. We loved the Gambas Al Pil Pil (shrimp! , Albondigas (meatballs , Beef Sirloin Empanadas Patatas Bravas WOW! SO good. Everything was beautifully plated, hot, fresh truly amazing. We had a wonderful evening will be back!
