The eclectic wine list features unique, well-curated selections that perfectly complement the menu. While portions are modest and prices lean high, the exceptional food and inviting ambiance make it worth the indulgence. Service is mostly praised for its warmth and attentiveness, enhancing a perfect setting for romantic evenings or special celebrations. Reservations are recommended for this beloved hidden gem.
If you're in search of something unique along with some excellent wine, this is the spot for you! Be sure to try the ham—it's truly an amazing experience!
As out-of-towners, my wife and I, both pilots, were eager to experience Plane Level and we thoroughly enjoyed the aviation-themed atmosphere and the outstanding cuisine. That said, our dining experience did have a few bumps along the way. Our server approached us to discuss the wine options and asked us to choose two bottles, which felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine recommendation. Throughout the meal, she came across as somewhat pushy and didn’t seem interested in understanding our preferences. When it came time to request our check, a Wi-Fi outage delayed its arrival by 30 minutes. While the server did offer us a complimentary pour of rosé, it wasn't to our taste, and having an alternative option would have been appreciated. Despite these minor issues, the unique ambiance and delicious food left us with a positive impression.
We had a horrible customer service experience. The waitress was so unfriendly and unpersonable. She seemed be pushing to sell wine instead of just letting us enjoy it and want to buy more. The pours are also the smallest I have ever seen. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere. We waited 30 minutes for our check.
We adore this restaurant in old town Spring. It's delightful to explore the shops beforehand and then indulge in a leisurely dinner of excellent wine and tapas. On this particular night, we were the first guests, and despite a back-of-house emergency, the staff generously offered us a complimentary bottle of wine for our wait. Miraculously, they managed to prepare a delicious meal for us. Each dish was crafted with evident care, boasting diverse yet complementary flavors. If you haven't experienced Plane and Level, the cozy ambiance, impressive wine selection, and delectable food will surely entice you to return. Just wish we lived closer.
