From the excellent service to the amazing taste and generous portion sizes, we ordered a lot of food to share between 5 people. The brisket, turkey, sausage, Mac n cheese, Cole slaw, and potato salad were all absolutely delicious. The meats were so tender and the sides tasted homemade, which really made a difference. I enjoyed every aspect of this place and I can't wait to return next time I visit Houston!

They checked on us a few times and made sure we had what was needed and that everyone was happy. The 1/2 lb brisketplate was so yummy! Probably the best brisket I?ve had! I also enjoyed the jalapeño and cheese sausage. The beans and potatoeswere fantastic and the peach cobbler was to die for! It was hard to stop eating this deliciousness! Definitely stop in, youwon?t be disappointed!

The brisket was smoked to perfection, the pulled pork ranks right up there with the best of all time, the ribs were amazing as well. The staff was the most friendly folks I've met at aBBQ establishment. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit at Corkscrew BBQ!
