Great BBQ! Expect to wait but it's worth it. I arrived at 1050 (opens at 11) made it to the front of the line to order around 1230 then my food came out a couple minutes later. Fantastic brisket, great bbq sauce flavor, potato salad was top notch and mac and cheese was creamy and tasty without being over the top. Very fun stop in to CorkScrew BBQ. The environment is very fun and the food is excellent! Staff is super friendly with great service. They checked on us a few times and made sure we had what was needed and that everyone was happy. The 1/2 lb brisketplate was so yummy! Probably the best brisket I?ve had! I also enjoyed the jalapeño and cheese sausage. The beans and potatoeswere fantastic and the peach cobbler was to die for! It was hard to stop eating this deliciousness! Definitely stop in, youwon?t be disappointed!

Was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit Corkscrew BBQ. The brisket was smoked to perfection, the pulled pork ranks right up there with the best of all time, the ribs were amazing as well. The staff was the most friendly folks I've met at aBBQ establishment. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit at Corkscrew BBQ!
